Our alpacas won: Brier's Blue Tartan - 3rd at 2 years of age, still fine Lucky Jo - 2nd at 3 years of age, still fine Spirit - 1st at 6 years of age, still fine Nino - 1 st at 10 years of age, still fine - WOW!! McBeth - 2nd at 3 years of age, still fine Rufus - 1st in his class and Grand Champion Grey Male! at 4 years of age still fine Brier Run Alpaca studs continue their fineness for the long run!!! *** In the fall of 2007 Brier Run Alpacas and Edy's Mills Fine Fibres were nominated for "The Premier's Award For Agri-Food Innovation Excellence". This nomination was submitted by the regional information coordinator for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food. We are thrilled to announce we were selected to receive one of 55 regional awards in Ontario! The award was presented in Glenco, Ontario on Friday May 16th, 2008.
